In the second part of “SPICE” series, the ”PÁVA”  restaurant is presented.

Tradition and innovation, gastronomic heritage and new ideas, quality and variety – the Páva restaurant in Székelyudvarhely formulates its gastronomical trend along these ideas. In this way is possible that local, traditional dishes, forgotten by many, such as Armenian angajabur soup, fit perfectly with ultramodern technology, along with locally matured beef, mangalitza, lamb and venison.
